Luggage :
* per pax 1 suitcase & 1 handbag is allowed with company tag only (excess luggage attracts additional charges)
For Railway ticket & Air ticket:-
* Must carry Original ID proof during Air / Rail Journey.
* most of the time rail tickets are not available from Pune Jn in such cases alternate quota tickets are booked, and the fare may be increased in such cases.
* Passengers can book air or rail tickets on their own. Please be informed about your arrival and departure details with the company.
Food/Meal:-
* During the entire tour (except rail/air journey) vegetarian food will be served: Morning 5 to 6 am - Tea time / 7 to 9 am Breakfast time / 1 to 3 pm Lunch-time / around 4 pm Hi-Tea / 8 to 9 pm Dinner time.
* Non-Veg Food is not allowed in any circumstance.
Accommodation:-
* Company provides hotels with basic amenities / neat and clean rooms.
* In case of an extra bed, most of the hotels provide roll-on mattresses on the floor.
